Dear Warriors,

In your journey to battle symptoms of your autoimmune condition, the role of hormones is extremely important for quality of life. Hormones and the immune system are deeply interconnected, influencing the development and progression of autoimmune diseases. These chemical messengers modulate immune cell function, which can lead to or protect against the immune system mistakenly attacking the body’s own tissues. Puberty, youth, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause, all impact how we feel with these hormonal changes. In men, prostate changes begin. Imbalance in estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, and testosterone can lead to adrenal fatigue, gut issues, enlarged prostate, increased inflammation, gut issues and changes in skin and hair.
Our foundation conducted The Autoimmune Community® Meet on Nov 28, 2-4 pm, online and in person, to get support on your hormones to improve your quality of life. A total of 55 warriors attended, 20 in person and the rest online. A meaningful discussion which helped them understand how to take care of the hormonal changes and reduce inflammation and pain. We conduct such meets every couple of months, so register on the link below to become a part of the community so that you can get the support you need for your pain, chronic fatigue, brain fog, poor quality of life. All the warriors have benefited, you will too.
