Dr. Sethurathnam Ravi (popularly known as S. Ravi) serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Tourism Finance Corporation of India (TFCI) and and Chairman of Spacenet Enterprises India Ltd. A distinguished Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience, he is widely recognized for his tenure as the former Chairman of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Founder and Managing Partner of Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP, an advisory and accountancy firm specializing in forensics, insolvency, and turnaround strategies, Ravi sir, as we call him, brings his wisdom and nurturing to uplift the work of the foundation.

Dr. Ravi has served on the boards of over 45 prestigious institutions. Current and past roles include IDBI Bank, UCO Bank, Union Bank, BHEL, ONGC, HAL, PCBL Ltd, Granules India Ltd, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, and Usha Martin Ltd. He is know as a Turnaround Specialist, and was appointed by the Government of India and RBI to lead the strategic turnaround of Punjab & Sind Bank in 2003.
