Aradhna Chhachhi
CEO – Kindness Practice Foundation

Aradhna is a fertility, Nutrition in Pregnancy and Rehab Yoga specialist. She launched the mental health vertical of the foundation in Feb 2021 via Unhurry®, as she helped young people with mental health breakdowns during the lockdown. Through the last 7 years, her work in maternal health and helping people with pain has been recognised well. She spearheads the foundation initiatives and leads her team in running Unhurry®, The Restore Awards® and the foundation camps.

Sweety Patel
Nutritionist – Kindness Practice Foundation

Sweety is a dietician and assists on nutrition projects for the foundation. She leads the Farmers NGOs program. She is part of the core team for The Restore Awards® and works on on-boarding nominations for the Jury to decide the final winner for the awards. She also assists Dr Rachna in patient management and nutrition plans to help those struggling with health issues.

Rincy Dsouza
Manager, Kindness Practice Foundation

Rincy is a psychologist and collates scientific research for the connect between mental health, nutrition, and sustainability, which are published on Kindness digital platform called Unhurry®. She is also part of the core team for The Restore Awards® and works on on-boarding nominations for the Jury to decide the final winner for the awards.

Shravya Shetty
Office Manager, Kindness Practice Foundation

Shravya is a biotechnologist and brings rich experience from having worked with Tata Memorial. She brings in the research aspects for all the admin activities and planning for the foundation. She leads thrift and neurodiversity camps and is a part of the core team for The Restore Awards® and works on on-boarding nominations for the Jury to decide the final winner for the awards.

Prabodh Bhambal

CFO – Kindness Practice Foundation

Prabodh brings in 25 years of rich experience in the non profit sector and 14 years at the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) as Deputy Executive Director and CFO. Dr Rachna Chhachhi
Managing Director, Kindness Practice Foundation

Dr Rachna Chhachhi is a cancer, nutrition, mental health therapist and is a public health advocate by connecting human health to environmental health. She began Kindness in 2019. Author of 5 health books, her research is often published in medical journals, and she’s invited to international conferences as a keynote speaker. She has won awards for her work in well-being and sustainability, and is often covered in the media for her open advocacy on plant based nutrition to reduce mental health and chronic diseases burden.
